This site is built to know as little about you as possible.

What this website collects

Almost nothing. There are no advertising pixels, no Google Analytics, no Meta/Facebook tracking, and no cookies set by us. If we ever add traffic measurement, it will be a cookieless, aggregate-only tool that cannot identify you.

Forms and submissions

This website itself has no forms and collects no information you type. You can still schedule entirely by phone, and most people do.

The one exception is the appointment request form linked from our contact page. That form is hosted by Google, not by this website — the link opens it in a new tab, and nothing is sent anywhere until you choose to submit it there. It asks for your name, email, phone number, whether you are a new or existing patient, and the days and times you prefer. It does not ask about your hearing or your health. What you send goes to our office, and Google handles it under its own privacy terms.

Phone and email

Anything you share by phone or during care is handled under the confidentiality standards that apply to healthcare providers in California.

Hosting

This site is served by a content-delivery network, which processes standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages and prevent abuse, per its own privacy terms.
